What a horrible experience. The staff are very uninformed and don't talk to one another while doing their job so when you talk to them they contradict one another. I spent over an hour at the ferry stop in the city before I could get on a ferry and it wasn't even crowded at the dock. They stopped boarding a boat with a mere 39 people on board and made the rest if us wait for another boat to arrive and deboard. Then when we got to the island we had to stay on the boat for over 10 minutes waiting to dock. And that's just the beginning of the horrible experience. Never again will we use this service and we made sure to tell our hotel to stop recommending them because their service was so horrible and their emoloyees could care less about the customer.
